Return and Refund Policy

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return one or more items. Here's how to do it:

1. Contact us at store@provisualstock.com, specifying your name and order number and indicating “EXCHANGE” or “RETURN” in the subject line of your e-mail. For a size exchange, please specify the desired size.

2. Prepare your parcel. Returned items must be in their original packaging. Items that have been worn, damaged or soiled will not be exchanged or refunded.

On the delivery note you will have received with your order, please circle the item to be returned and, if it is a size change, specify the size requested as a replacement. Return the delivery note inside the parcel.

3. The parcel must be sent to the address we will give you in our reply.

You are responsible for the cost of returning this item. We advise you to send it by tracking and to keep your proof of shipment to protect yourself in case of loss or damage of the returned parcel.

Once we have received your parcel, we will either send you the product you require in the size you have indicated, or refund your money, depending on your choice. The cost of returning the new item is free!

 

Refunds

Once your refund has been accepted or your return has been received, we will pay you the amount due within 3 to 7 days directly via the payment method you used to place your order.
